My First Job in the UK: A Milestone Moment
When I arrived in the UK in April, I was filled with hope and determination. One of my primary goals was to find a part-time job to support myself and gain new experiences. Though the search was challenging, I didn’t give up. Finally, in October, I received the opportunity I had been waiting for—I landed a part-time job with Compass Group!
I still vividly remember the day I got the confirmation. The excitement was overwhelming; it was a mix of joy, pride, and a touch of nervousness. Balancing college life with a part-time job felt like a big responsibility, but I was ready to take it on. This experience taught me the importance of perseverance and embracing new challenges.
