"Exploring Shilparamam: A Cultural Gem in Hyderabad"
Today, I'd like to share a few pictures from a place called Shilparamam. If you're wondering where it is, let me fill you in—Shilparamam is located near Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana. If you ever visit Hyderabad, this is one spot you shouldn’t miss. It's a great attraction with a unique blend of culture, art, and tradition.
I visited Shilparamam on Sunday, 1st December 2019. My uncle took me there to visit my cousin, who was studying nearby. Since her hostel was close by, we decided to spend the day there. Inside Shilparamam, you’ll find a beautiful sculpture park, a small pond, and even artists who can sketch your portrait. We had our pictures drawn by one of the artists—at that time, it cost around 500 INR per portrait.
There’s also a museum inside with a stunning display of traditional crafts. I’ll share the pictures I took that day. Another highlight is the shopping area where you can buy handmade crafts. While the items are a bit pricey, the collection is exquisite and truly worth checking out if you appreciate traditional craftsmanship.
Overall, I must say it was a wonderful experience. You can spend quality time exploring the crafts, enjoying the serene surroundings, and soaking in the artistic vibe. If you ever get a chance to visit, I highly recommend it!
